How would I customize the top and the bottom of the record to display the patient's address alongside their name and date of birth on the top and/or bottom of the record page? I apologize if there is already a thread, I could not locate it. Thanks! Beth

That is done in Admin->Company There is a section labeled Top Title Info and Bottom Status Bar Info. Next to each section is a Fields button which contains the possible list of variables. You can enter special characters and text to help separate/label the info Here is how I have mine set for the top: Name: <-10>, <-9> DOB: <-7> (<-3>) How it displays: Name: Test, One DOB: 01/01/2001 (15) And the bottom: Address: <-16> <-17>, <-18>, <-19> <-20> How it displays: Address: 123 Rainy Drive, Austin, TX 78728 ****keep in mind that you will need to close out of Crystal before you can see those changes.
