I had the idea to send a follow up email to our patients with a link to the portal and invitation to provide feedback, but quickly found that the send email will send to ALL patients on a particular day - including the missed and cancelled! That certainly won't work. I would like to request that we have the option to send to the different 'groups' of patients so we can tailor our contact with them. I could send a 'Sorry you missed your appointment' or a 'Here is your rescheduled time' or whatever is appropriate.
