An issue was identified yesterday with AllScripts. The patient's info is still being sent from Crystal to AllScripts however AllScripts isn't pre-selecting (pre-populating) the patient info. (They are working to correct the issue since 02/12, no ETA at this time) According to AllScripts, you can still search for the patient.
It's nice when the forum works like this. I called Allscripts this morning to report the issue. They just called back and I was able to tell them that they already know about the problem. LOL, it's good to know you're not the only one......
