Our Direct Mail host has changed their authentication methods, so you may receive an error when sending secure email through Crystal. I have sent the information to our development team who is contacting the host to get this issue resolved. At this time I am not sure if this will require an adjustment on our end or theirs, so I do not have an ETA but will keep everyone posted here!
