So, I have been reading everyone’s post, and no one has brought up Eclaims. I am just wondering why dates of service and the doctor’s names are not listed in the columns? If you are a biller, this is important to have especially if you have more than one doctor and not all doctors sign off in a timely manner. We all know that claims should be sent off ASAP and by date of service so why would you not have that. The “Update date” is useless to me and going by the invoice number just take longer. Can you please add the date of service and doctor name to the Eclaim area?
