I've attached my updated ICD10 code file for 2020 and the change file from CMS (icd10cm_codes_addenda_2020.txt). These codes take effect 10/1/2019.
Warning: if you edit you code file in Excel, make sure you save it as a .csv file or it will drop trailing zeros and your claims will bounce.
These are the eye related codes I added. Note: I only added the initial visit and sequela on the fracture codes for the very unlikely event we will be the first to see these patients or we see them for some sequela from the fracture. I also removed some of the existing subsequent orbital floor fracture codes for the same reason. I don't include unbillable codes and I generally exclude unspec eye codes because I figure we should know what eye is involved. I do keep unspec eye in some of the lid and neuro codes because I refuse to use 4 codes for blepharitis.

To use my code file:
Go to Admin/Diag codes
Select Import From File
Browse to wherever you saved the codes cvs file and upload it. It will overwrite the existing code file so, if you made any modifications to the existing file you will lose them.
AFAIK, if you update to Crystal's 2020 codes you will also lose any modifications you made.
From my notes from 2 years ago:
I edited some codes to make them easier to differentiate in a search and/or to shorten them. I added or substituted some common abbreviations like T1D, DME, CRVO, BRVO, EKC, RCE. I added examples or common labels for diseases that fall under obscure descriptions (e.g. EBMD, Kruckenberg Spindle, lid twitch) to help find them in a search. Terms that I have added to a description are in parentheses.
I added (SX) to codes that were more symptoms so I could find them more easily. EG. Ocular pain, unspecified visual disturbances, visual discomfort, visual distortion of shape and size, other subjective visual disturbances, unspecified night blindness, glare, impaired contrast sensitivity, other specified disorders of eye/adnexa. I added (unknown) to the head scratcher unspecified XYZ codes so I can find them when all else fails.
These are the search terms I use on my diagnosis buttons that work with my code descriptions to narrow down the options as much as possible:
