How is everyone going to handle the documentation required for the new ruling? Or will Crystal possibly create a log to verify that the contact script was printed and released to the patient?

our developer is working on coding that will allow you to upload the Rx to the patient portal. Upon doing so, the system will add a note into the correspondence report list. The other option would be to print the Rx, have the patient sign it and scan it back into your system.
