We have been using Crystal for years and when we meet with our reps we print our inventory by Frame Manufacturer so we don't have to print 6 reports when they have multiple lines. Something changed a few months ago and we can no longer do this. I called in and was told they don't know how I ever did it. I have old reports as recent as March 22, 2020 that show the printouts with all the frames by one manufacturer. I'd LOVE to see this come back as an option soon as we begin meeting with frame reps. Now it is a pain and waste of paper when the reps come and we run the reports.
