At some point this year the "Referrals Report" changed and no longer pulls accurate information. I've pulled a user log report and see that we had 109 new patients with charts created from 8/1/2020-8/31/2020 but only 15 people are listed in the referrals report for the same date range. Last I was told the referrals report is generated by the date their account was created, if that's the case my referrals report is missing 94 patient names on it. The "None" category is missing on the referrals report and don't know if the other 94 patients are listed there. We used the "none" category in the report in the past and don't like that it is missing. I've spoken to three different people at Crystal about this and no one there seems to understand what I'm asking or how to help. Can someone please help fix this? Thanks!
