This request relates to Stage 2, Menu 4. I would like to have family history data automatically transfer to NEW record. Currently, the demographic info is pulled forward to NEW record by clicking the Previous Values button. This would eliminate having to enter family history data every time we see the patient--a BIG help to us.

Haven't had a response to this request to be able to transfer family history data from previous record on ARRA tab. Can and will this be done? Thank you.

YEESS!!! Update 4.0.30 allows family history to automatically transfer to a new record on ARRA tab. This is a tremendous help to us--thank you Crystal staff!! (This applies to Stage 2, Menu 4)

We've noticed that even though we use the "Previous" button to auto fill information, the actual demographic information such as ethnicity and language don't auto-populate. But these are the fields that are least likely to change... is anyone else having issue with this? Is there a fix to this coming soon?

We can check the previous button to make sure that the commands are set up properly! Please call 800-308-7169 x1 and leave a message for us.
