Multiple actions in one field - Reichert machine integration

When I use the LTM type to transfer the auto refraction from my Reichert Optocheck, how can I add 2 or more "actions" onto the same field.

Example:

Field: 246

Type:  LTM

Action: 1:52

That will give me the Sphere but I also want to add cyl and axis onto the same 246 field. How to I add 53 (cyl) and 54 (axis) to the same field?

I tried:

Action: 1:52,1:53,1:54 also tried: 1:52 1:53 1:54

but these did not work

I believe that the correct syntax is 1:52 53 54.
