Some of our customers include practitioners located inside or next to a Lenscrafters, Pearl Vision, and other retail outlets that want to use TheAppointmentBook to schedule eye exams. We have a supplemental program in Crystal that will keep the Crystal schedule synchronized with the TheAppointmentBook website so that if you make a new patient, new appointment, or changes to either that the information is automatically passed from CrystalPM to TAB and from TAB to CrystalPM. You no longer have to type information in two places anymore. Send an email to sales@crystalpm.com if you want more information about how to set this up.

Would like the same feature for the scheduler that 4patientcare uses.

Would like the same feature for the scheduler that 4patientcare uses. Mitch, I'm not sure if that is a feature request or you were just pointing out that you prefer 4patientcare over TheAppointmentBook. 4PatientCare is also one of our integration partners, but the offices I was referring to do not have a choice and must use the scheduling system of the frames retailer. For these offices, we are glad to say that we can support the TAB integration.

I was listing it more as a feature request. I understand that other users may not have a choice of which scheduler to use, but since 4patientcare is a company you work with it would be great to see a feature that allows the in office schedule integrate seamlessly with an online scheduler.
