We find there are many times where we need extra space to type insurance notes. There are also times where we have to make additional notes under the same insurance (benefits on 12/31 may not be the same as 1/1) and it can be confusing putting all of this in that one small section.
There appears to be plenty of unused space available. Can you add another (or two) sections under the current insurance notes to have additional notes?

I agree. A place to scan in Documents would be great as well for special forms ect., That some insurance companies have their own form.

I second this and would also like to request a way to have a list of questions or notes pre-populate for the staff to fill out/review when a specific insurance plan is selected. For example, we can only bill Tricare for routine exams so newer staff need to remember to ask questions to ensure it's not a complex medical exam or to notify the patient that the contact evaluation will be OOP.
