I would love to see a second customizable button for the intake. I have several "letters" set up in the records page, I use the for intake and have new patient intake linked to the current button. I would like to see a second button for former patients to print that intake form.
The difference in the letters is one is basically filled out for former patients linking the to boxes on previous exams, where the new patient is just blank spaces. It would save me a little bit of time each morning printing out intakes forms for the day as i wouldn't have to jump into former patients medical records, then hit letter, then scroll through all my letter templates to get the one i need.
