First of all, CPM is running incredibly slow on our Server and all stations. When entering VSP & Eyemed payments in Mass Check Mode, the Lab fees & Chargebacks are not calculating. I've emailed CPM about this issue several times, and have not heard back other than my emails were forwarded to Tech Support.
Gina told me I was the second customer to complain about this issue. The first hadn't upgraded, but we are running on latest update.
Is anybody else having these issues and is CPM responding to your pleas for help? I've been requesting assistance with this since April 18 and would appreciate an update regarding if this is a systemwide problem Tech support is working on or if somebody can at least work with me remotely so they can see the issue we are having.
It is very frustrating to be ignored when having an issue with CPM and not be able to get my work finished because the program isn't working properly. The fact that the program is running very slow is creating the entire office to get backed up. Since we pay the extra fee for Support and get ignored when CPM cannot give an answer to issues we have is stressful and frustrating.
I wanted to post this on "Current Issues" but the Forum is not allowing me to post a thread there.
Any help or tips is very much appreciated!
