Hi everyone,
Each time when crystal is opened, the message "Unable to Connect to DataBase. {Can not Access Server Can't open file: 'com_log.MY'. {ERRNO: 145}} pops up. I have to click on this msg a few times before I can use the program.
Has anyone experienced with this issue before? Please help!

Is your server name or IP listed in the box? Are you on Crystal Cloud or is your Database on a server?

Hi mjhervey, Yes, my server name is in the box. All my data are saved on an external hard drive. Hope I answered your questions.
