We switched to Crystal recently. I've found that there are a few patients in which the patient information does not show up correctly in the appointment popup under notes. I will correct information in the profile in the patient tab but it will not update or correct in the appointment popup. For example, we have a patient and someone put the phone number in such that the last digit was incorrect. So I fixed it in the patient's profile but the new number does not show up, only the incorrect number, so I'm repeatedly calling the same wrong number every week to confirm appointments. We also have a patient in college, the original number we were given was her mother's, but daughter wants the confirmation calls to go to her, and not her mom. I put in her cell phone number and marked that the cell is the preferred number, but when I click on the appointment to do confirmation calls, it still gives me mom's number as the only number on the account. Is there any fixing this? Right now I just have alerts set for all the patient's I've found this happen with but it's starting to drive people crazy and it would be much better if we just had the correct, updated information on our patients available to us, and not have different information on different tabs.
