On the patient page under the insurance tab there can be multiple insurance cards/information scanned in for primary, secondary, etc... it would be nice to have more than one notes section to correspond to the secondary and tertiary insurance coverage...

It would be great if the note "followed" THAT particular insurance instead of a blanket note for ALL insurances.

I asked for that 2 or 3 years ago, maybe if more people join us, they will listen! Never have understood the reasoning for one insurance note for all insurances. I have used the alert feature for particular insurances. It would be nice if, instead of a popup, it could put the alert info into that insurance's notes window automatically.

We have to do the same thing with alerts, which just leads to a BUNCH of pop up screens that everyone ignores because they are so used to seeing them and they irrelevant half the time. We are not lucky enough to have staff DELETE OLD NOTES! That ends up falling on my shoulders when I find them.. I almost wish alerts could had an expiration date...

I almost wish alerts could had an expiration date... I've asked for a delete button right on the alert. Half the time they don't apply any more or you see it but it's really inconvenient to go to the alert page to delete it at the time. That usually means they don't get delete. We use the pt alert field as much as possible. It shows up in red on the Quick screen and we display that field on the appt window so that catches most patient interactions. Marcia
