Please create the ability to change the schedule interval for different doctors. Thanks

Can you please explain? Not sure I understand what you're meaning by schedule interval?

One doctor can take 20 min to do the same exam as another doctor that takes 50 min. (I had the same problem) I had to resolve by defaulting the slower doctors and editing the other doctor by hand. It is a pain especially when people forgot to change the faster doctor, or worse, changed the slower doctor so we ran late! It would be nice to have the defaults screen be based on doctors individually not a practice as a whole. Everyone works at a different pace but there is no way to set this up unless you change manually.

At best for this circumstance, I would suggest adding in a different appointment type for the slow doctor that takes 50 minutes and a different type for the fast doctor that only takes 20. Then you'll have to make sure that the right appointment goes with the right doctor, so name it "Dr A Name Exam" and "Dr B Name Exam" or something that won't mix them up. Alternatively, have the doctors chat about how they do their exams so that maybe they can be more consistent.

no offence, but, that is a LOT of work and exam types to have listed in a drop down menu of a busy multi doctor practice. We had a work around of just defaulting the time to the longer timed doctor and manually changing to the slower ones. It wasn't a perfect system but it is less confusing than the way described above...

I'd also like to request multiple interval times so that each doctor can choose the pace they prefer. Also, this needs to be linked to each doctor's options when we build out the schedule for the future. I'm currently trying to make an entire new schedule template for a 4 doctor office and not only do we have to stay on the same intervals, but if I want to change it (ex. from our current 15 min. to 20 min) it makes the change immediate rather than the future date I want the new schedule to go into effect. This totally messes up the current schedule. If I wait til the night before to do it all the pt's already on the schedule for that date and beyond will be messed up. Big problem (
