They are too far apart and sometimes we miss looking for the number in the overall balance section. Please put them closer together so we can see in the same glance whether the patient owes money or not. -Gabby

If a patient has outstanding balance, there are several places for you to see that. One is right when you're searching for a patient and the other is on the quickview page under patient balance (if they have a balance, it will be in red). Just wanted to make sure you know about those features in Crystal.
