So our exams are linked to a price and that forwards onto billing automatically when we add the codes during an exam. Yet when we order contact lenses it does not automatically add the billing. Why can exam fees and diagnostic testing fees be linked but not contact lenses?

Actually they can! If you are ordering through ABB, OOGP or WVA, navigate to Admin - Integrations and click on the VERY small + sign in the top right corner. This will open up your screen so you can see all of the different contacts available. Once there, if you double click the contact it will open another window asking what billing code you would like to assign (please see attachment). If you are selling through inventory, you would need to set it up the same as Frames, where there is a billing code with a blank UPC value, so when you use that billing code you will be prompted to scan the UPC, thus removing it from inventory and adding the correct price.
