We are enjoying the new update features. Thank you! We especially like the Time Clock on the new update. We are requesting that the employee schedule be separate from the main Doctor's schedule. Currently, in order to schedule an employee as "In", they are added to the regular Schedule. We have 20 employees and 4 doctors. Entering a schedule for each employee would make the Daily view of the calendar have too many columns to view. Could there be a completely separate Schedule tab--one for scheduled employees only? Additionally, would it be possible to add a fingerprint scanner for clocking in to the time clock, instead of just the log-in feature? This would help insure that employees are not clocking other staff in or out. Thank you!

I know exactly what you're saying about the schedule! I'm working with the dev staff on that right now! When it's done they definitely will not be showing up on the schedule. My thoughts, and please correct me if I'm wrong, are not to even have a schedule in Crystal, but only the Clock In/Out feature with the report. In my opinion, our schedule is great for an office that rarely changes the schedule, but having to adjust the schedule every week for 20 employees seems like it could wear you out. In all my years I've simply created a schedule in Excel and used a Time Clock program to track actual times. What are your thoughts on this?

Is this a beta release? We are on version 4.0.33 and are not seeing that an update is available.
