Hello! Since we updated to the latest version, 4.0.33, we've had trouble accessing our scanner through the TSScan application (necessary because we're on the cloud). It takes a long time and sometimes doesn't work at all. We've talked to tech support a few times and had different answers so I thought I'd post here to see if anyone else is having this issue.

I have seen that issue with offices from time to time (some more than others). What I usually tell folks to do is to go to configuration/scanner options/scanner twain and select the tsscan option. If you were previously up and running this should re-select your scanner preference. Jury is out as to why it keeps dropping out.
