Hello Virginia, You can print all of the patient statements by going to Reports->Patients Receivable->Generate Report If you would like to print all of the statements, click on the Print Past Due button at the top. Is that what you were looking for? Erica

I have had trouble with the same issue. I don't see a "Print Past Due" button at the top. I can find and print statements one at a time, but I'd like to be able to print them all at once.

Do you have more than 1 location and using our multi-site function? if so, you will have to make sure you are on all locations in order to see and use the print past due function.

Jake, to easily print one past due statement, you can do it directly from the patient's billing section. In the Billing module, click "Transaction History", then you can see a few options at the bottom. "Print Full Trans His" will print their entire billing history. "Print Past Due Trans" will print the current past due amounts. "Print Past Due Trans" w/o Pay and Ins" will print the above but will remove payment and insurance information. "Print Selected Trans" will allow you to choose specific lines to print (hold down Ctrl and left click on lines to highlight blue, then print)
