Please add the patient portal access information (including patient password) to the same page on which the spectacle and contact lens Rx is printed. This would seem to be a very efficient way of satisfying many requirements (meaningful use and Rx distribution) with one piece of paper!

On the topic of satisfying the requirement for Spec and CL Rx release, I'd also like to add a request for a default option to print the current Spec and CL Rx (with the doctor's signature on file) when the invoice is printed on the invoice date (so it doesn't print the Rx every time the invoice is printed). Since we are required to give all patients a copy of their Spec and CL Rx, without them specifically asking, it would be a lot easier if it printed automatically.
