We have had too many insurance orders (were we mention insurance lab does ALL the work and it is a minimum of 2 weeks) and patients call and complain when glasses are not done in 2 days. It would make everyone's life easier if the expected date for orders printed on invoice (in a different color like the request for rx but not as important) WE could highlight and have patient sign the invoice we keep with order to ensure they and we are aware of the expected date to reduce anger of the he said she said while giving them a reference of date due to take home with them. I think the default date to 2 weeks from date of sale is already being worked on by peter and is in beta now so that will also help the sales staff give a reasonable delivery time for orders. I find NOTHING is worse than a patients delivery is UNDERESTIMATED. I have NEVER had a customer complain when an order arrived early
