We would like the ability to queue up lens orders with just one click. Say near the dvi remo option we just click a separate button that would queue the lens order. Then near the end of the day we can do one large batch order to submit to dvi. We have talked with dvi and they tell us this can be done. The RX Wizard would just go through each order one by one then transfer them all at once when all of the orders are correct.

I haven't used DVI remo myself in a long time and maybe I'm confused about what you are requesting but I thought we save the jobs in DVI remo and they aren't sent until you we tell it to transmit them, no? Marcia

This is correct, they want to queue them up in crystal then batch send them to dvi remo all at once.

This is correct, they want to queue them up in crystal then batch send them to dvi remo all at once. May I ask what is the benefit of batching them in Crystal before sending to DVI Remo? Do you just want to avoid going back and forth between the two programs or is there some other benefit? Why don't you want to send the job as soon as it's ready so it will get started at the lab? It's not like you need to bundle several jobs to get free shipping like you would for a CL order from ABB. Marcia
