I would like the option to see more than 2 appointments on each slot if needed. Right now the "3 appointments" text makes it extremely difficult to get ANY info when displayed like this. There must be a work around to allow at least 3 (maybe a toggle on or off to allow this) appointments to be displayed. This by far my biggest issue with crystal at this time.

Actually, what might work is to have an "on/off" option where there could be a separate "follow up" schedule added next to the normal schedule. Would make the schedule much cleaner and easier to organize especially those with busy schedules. Technically to do this I have to add another doctor called "follow up" which ends up being a huge PIA.
I would even make the followup schedule partition smaller, maybe 1/3 to allow more info to be displayed with the actual exam area.

It seems if a line can be divided into two, it could be split into three, which would help significantly. It's embarrassing to have to hunt for a patient's appt to check them in because it was hidden in the gray area and you had no idea they were on the schedule for today. Would appreciate an improvement to this. How do other scheduler programs view? I don't remember Officemate having this problem.
