Excited to use it, but I set it up yesterday and... for HIPPA security, we have CPM set up to close automatically if it has been idle for 2 minutes. staff logs in, and the clock pops up quite often. Sometimes we use each others computers, so when I log in as a diff user, it prompts to clock out as well. is there a way for it not to pop up - instead they would need to go into a screen to 'clock in' once in the morning and 'clock out' at the end of day? not sure if this is best option as they may forget, but they are annoyed that it pops up so often

You can disable that feature and have them clock in/out in Admin->TimeClock What you will need to do is go into each employee and make sure the two following sections are checked off: General - Admin Admin - Timeclock Once they go to Admin, this is what they will see: Of course if they have other Admin rights, they would see those as well. There should just be a space at the top or a box near the admin to just clock in and out without having to keep being asked EVERYTIME we switch computers... I love the feature but it is poorly laid out and designed. I have used many systems in the bast that were not remotely as complicated as this. Why does it tell us in DAYS how many hours a person worked. Most people pay by hour...not day. report should reflect that. End Rant
