Automatically find existing pt for online forms

Since the online form always has the patient name and phone number and probably has the birthdate (or we could require it), it seems like Crystal should be able to ID the patient automatically instead of asking us if this is a new or existing patient and then making us search for the new patient. Why not pop up a window with the suspected patient(s) and have us check or select the one we want?  On that same window have a Search Pt button that lets us search again in case their info is incorrect or New Pt button that will create a new patient.
