Trying to bill insurance through e-claims requires either A.)Opening to a second crystal screen and opening every patient individually or B.)Using the invoice button in e-claims to effectively do the same thing. (Biggest difference: Duel screen is easier since I can go down the list without losing my place/starting over in e-claims every time I leave and come back).
Either way, I have to go to Patients page>RX to find information to make billing codes correct on cms form. Is there anyway to put rx in billing notes or at least have a "files" button in billing to view rx or auth# without having to leave billing screen?
I hate having to go back and forth on EVERY SINGLE claim to bill out materials the right way.
