Is there anyway that only admins can delete templates? I use them to let the staff know what kind of appointments the doctor wants to see on that day/time and if they enter a new appointment incorrectly then the template gets deleted. I need a way to stop that from happening. Thanks.

I have the same problem at our office. Staff making appointments should never be able to delete a template--or change a template unless given that permission. We would also like to see a more user friendly templating process. The ability to template a whole day and then copy the whole day to another day. It is so time consuming to a week of templates for every 15 minutes for 4 doctors, 6 days a week!

I have just resorted to training staff and hope for the best. We only have one doctor and 6 employees to do every aspect of the business. I gave up trying to template. Way too time consuming. I am already here 3 hours after we closed just to reconcile the insurance. I really don't have time to template. My staff is getting pretty good about it and my doctor (for the most part) is fairly laid back. He hates being behind. It makes him feel like he isn't doing his job. The "red" for the room placement upsets him but it has helped keep people in line and easier to see who is doing what. Less people being "squeezed in" when we ware already patients in "red". It has helped us just have patients come in on a later date. They are happy they don't have to wait and it keeps us from getting too far behind or having doctor feel rushed.
