Can you please make the optician's name/initials visible on the invoice for the exam only bills as well as the sales? They don't have to be tracked as sales, just as info for accountability at a glance. Not running a bunch of reports to try to wade through the data to find each case.
I am not getting the tasks I need to bill out the exam only orders but I can not track WHO did it. I sent a task explaining what needs to be done on 10/18/14 and I am still seeing the SAME issues on 11/5/14. I need to know who to train better!
