Bring the History buttons back to the Med Rec tabs

PLEASE bring back the Diag His, Drug Hx, Obs His and Rx His buttons to the common toolbar on the med rec tabs so they can be accessed from anywhere in the med recs. And while you're at it, add Appts, Alert and Tasks too! They are much less convenient on the ARRA Tab. I know we can add those buttons to individual med rec tabs but those function may be needed at various points of the exam so it makes much more sense to have them on that common toolbar  than to have to add them to every tab we might want to access them from.  If space is a problem, shorten Medical Record Completed to Chart Done, MedRec Done, Exam Done, whatever. Reduce the font size and stack the buttons like they were before they were moved and shorten the labels. Hx and Dx are the standard med abbrevs for history and diagnosis and you don't need plurals for appts, tasks and alerts. If space is really tight you can remove the space between. Eg

I've had complaints amongst our docs as well regarding the disappearance of these buttons.
Can the Records interface be customizable with regards to which buttons are there and their placement?
