Color coding patient names to insurance types

Can you make it where a person's name is a designated color based on their type of insurance?  For instance, all Medicare patients' names appear in red ink in the search menu.  And all Blue Cross Blue Shield patients' names show up in blue ink.  All non-insured patients' names are in black ink.  That way when you are searching for a patient in the drop down menu, you can tell which ones had which type of insurance in the past and thus be more likely to ask if they are still using the same insurance.  I would also like to see Bold name fonts for patients who have an outstanding balance due and Italic name fonts for patients who have an outstanding credit pending on their accounts.
