This may not be a problem for 90% of all the other offices, but as I was working I ran the Schedule Report and apparently CrystalPM is using only the Last Name of the doctors when displaying the "Doctor" column in the report. For us since it is a husband-wife team, they are both the same last name! So as I parse and work with the data I write in for my own benefit if it's Dr. Jeff Taylor or Dr. Lynn Taylor. Is there anyway Crystal can change this in the code to display First Name and Last Name? Thanks, Andy

May I ask what you are wanting to do? There might be another report you can run to get the info you need in the meantime?

Yes, I was interested in seeing the day of the visit, the type of visit it was (annual, office, IOP check, etc.), patient name, doctor name, etc. This report was great, but just the fact that it didn't distinguish between two doctors with the same last name made it an extra thing to check for. What other report where you thinking? Any info. would be great. Thank you!

I totally agree with you that the schedule report is great but when you do have the same last name, it won't tell you who saw that particular patient. If you're pulling this report on a daily basis, you can actually go to the actual schedule (where you make appointments) and click print schedule - you can leave it on all doctors and when you print it, it displays all patients seen that day, appointment type and the doctor is scheduled with (by initials)!
If you're wanting to pull a week at a time, the schedule report will be best. If this is the case, I can forward it on to our developers to maybe display both last and first name under the doctor column!
