Any one else has this problem lately. when you click add medication and then type in a medication to add to patient history the window freezes up and error window pops up saying something like "unable to load, time up" or something like that? its been doing it a lot lately and we have to close out and wait for some time to try it again.

Yes, basically every time I try to enter a med. Usually have to click the button 5-6 times then it will finally go through.

does anyone know if Crystal PM knows about this issue?

The only time I've seen this error is when Crystal's server is down. It tries to pull data from the server and can't, so it times out. I haven't seen it lately.

We see that, as Karen states, when Crystal's server is down, but also if our internet connection is down or very slow.

Mark Yes, you're getting a time out error because you're not getting through to Crystal's server for one reason or another. I know my internet at home has been even worse than usual lately, especially the last 3 weeks. I was regularly getting time-outs to Gmail and my regular email. I'm not getting time outs any more but I'm still getting long delays when I change folders and I've had several emails that I had to resend because there was a transmission problem while sending. Someone said VSP blamed their internet problems at the end of the year on all the kids at home playing online games with their Xbox's, etc. Maybe that was legit. Marcia
