Ability to print Medical Record with Dr. signature?

Is there a way to print a medical record (the info. that was entered in for that day's visit) along with the doctor's signature?

We have a one-line text box that has the Doctors "signature" as a drop down option and I could print that, but I'm not sure that is exactly valid and/or HIPPA compliant, etc. for another office that requests the record.

The simple solution would be to take a stamp and stamp the Doctors signature each time, but was just wanting to see what was out there besides that.

When you print the record from EHR settings - Print PDF. You will see on the very top line where it states this record was electronically signed by Dr. X.
