Is there a way to increase the font size when printing frame labels? I'm using the DT390 and the font is so small that it is difficult for patients to read the price?

When you get to the point where you print the label, select Edit Label Template in the upper right corner. This will expand the box giving you a button in the lower right corner to adjust the Text Font.

I should have mentioned that the Crystal PM template gives us an error & the dymo template is the only one that has ever worked.

In that case you would either need to adjust the font in the Dymo software then re-save the template and re-import, or have a technician get logged on with you to try and fix the Crystal template.
