I initially had all my work schedule created and replicated for 2014 through 2015. I now notice that for June 2016 the template is not working. How can I correct this?

This sounds like something we will need to get logged on with you to take a look at. Please call into support 800-308-7169 x1. If you are on the new version of Crystal, you can go to Support->Request support to create a ticket. Thank you, Erica
