We've set up a MS Word form template to print past EMR records. For some reason, there are parts of the print out that are cut-off and don't print properly. We're on the cloud version of Crystal and using MS Word 2010. It's consistent areas when we print- and it looks good on the screen and on the print preview- but not the hard copy version. Help?

That's weird that the print preview is OK but generally when I've had things disappear on Word docs it's been because the content overflows a table cell because the height or width is fixed. Marcia

This is something that we would have to actually see. Can you call the support number and show us? I'm going to guess that there might be some portrait vs landscape problem maybe, but any guess is purely conjecture at this point.

Here is a picture of the print out showing the cut offs in the table highlighted. Like I mentioned it appears fine on the screen and in print preview. The template file that generates this is also attached! Thanks!
