It would be helpful to have frame COLOR AND SIZE on invoice when patient purchases frames.

And don't forget the frame NAME. I know the description line is used to search billcodes too but it sure would be REALLY nice if there was a way to overwrite what is there (and not by editing the line of the invoice which can be done for credit items).

My only fear with that is patients (it's happened to our office MANY MANY times) that they will purchase the glasses and the frame name and UPC # is on the invoice and they go search for the frame online and cancel the order. With online shops, more and more patients are going online and ordering their glasses. So I feel like the more information you have on the frame on the invoice, it's just going to make it that much easier for them to order them online instead of through you.

We make our own UPC codes so they can't do that. Our problem is when they purchase a second pair, the frame UPC doesn't pull through on the invoice. Also, when selling an annual supply of contacts, that doesn't show up on the invoice line - not enough room.

Similar to this, I'd like to be able to double click on the UPC from the invoice page, and have the frame info page pop up.

I've also asked that when you search a UPC and the frame info shows up, it should show you qty in stock. That is usually why I'm looking one up - to see if we have a replacement in stock.
