I need a detailed Time Clock. We are currently using one in an older operating system that is being phased out. I know CrystalPM has one but it doesn't give detailed information regarding the exact time our staff clocked in and out on specific days of the week. When I print the time clock report, I get a total rather than details. Is that correct? If so, does Crystal plan to develop a detailed system for this in the near future? It does show exact times in admin section and, if you keep clicking on the report, it will break it down by time in and out. Best to check the admin time clock section for lunch exact punches to see who is taking 45 min lunches and who is taking 10 min lunches but the time clock has saved on payroll and shows me the honor system wasn't very honorable in some employee cases.
the report used to be horrible. It is MUCH improved since inception!
